1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: $9.99 (Free on orders over $48.00).
Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 business days to the United States and major European countries. Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, global logistics variations, or holidays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24-48 hours.
4. Order Modification / Address Changes If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed and handed over to our carrier, we are unable to modify the destination.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Bluvras is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Lost or Stolen Packages Bluvras is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the tracking confirms delivery to the provided address.
